TALAANG GINTO: MAKATA NG TAON 2025 – Isang Patimpalak na Nagbibigay Gantimpala sa Makata ng Taon

Ang Talaang Ginto: Makata ng Taón 2025 ay isang timpalak sa pagsulat ng tula na itinaguyod ng Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) upang pasiglahin at pataasin ang kalidad ng panulaang Filipino. Layunin nitong kilalanin ang mga batikan at baguhang mga makata at magsulong ng sining ng tula sa bansa. Kung ikaw ay isang Pilipinong may malasakit sa panitikan at nais magtaglay ng kontribusyon sa pagsulong ng tula, maaaring ito na ang pagkakataon mo!

Mga Detalye ng Timpalak:

  1. Bukas ang Patimpalak sa Lahat ng Pilipino: Ang patimpalak ay bukas sa lahat ng mga Pilipino, maliban sa mga kawani ng KWF at kanilang mga kaanak. Hindi rin maaaring lumahok ang mga nagwagi ng limang beses bilang "Makata ng Taón" at itinuturing nang Hall of Fame.

  2. Uri ng Lahok: Maaaring magpasa ng isang mahabang tula na may humigit-kumulang 100 taludtod, o isang koleksiyon ng sampung maiikling tula (kada tula ay may 10-15 taludtod). Kinakailangang may pangkalahatang pamagat ang koleksiyon.

  3. Paksa ng mga Tula: Malaya ang paksa ng mga tula, ngunit kinakailangang tumalakay sa isang mahalagang paksaing panlipunan sa kasalukuyan. Maaari ding sundan ang tema ng Buwan ng Panitikan 2025 o ang paksa ng "Paglingon sa Panitikan ng Rehiyon sa Pagpapabulas ng Panitikan ng Nasyon."

  4. Orihinalidad: Dapat orihinal ang lahok at nasusulat sa Filipino. Ang mga tula ay hindi dapat salin mula sa ibang akda o nailathala na sa kahit anong publikasyon, online man o print.

  5. Gabay sa Pagsulat: Para sa mga patnubay sa pagsusulat, maaaring gamitin ang KWF Manwal sa Masinop na Pagsulat. Ang manwal na ito ay magbibigay ng mga teknik sa epektibong pagsulat ng tula. I-download ang KWF Manwal dito.

Kraytirya ng Pagsusuri:

  • Teknik (50%): Mahusay na paggamit ng mga kasangkapang pantula upang epektibong maipahayag ang damdamin at layunin ng akda.
  • Bisa (50%): Mataas na antas ng matulaing bisa at pangkalahatang dating ng akda.

Mga Kinakailangang Dokumento sa Pagpapasa ng Lahok:

  1. Apat (4) na kopya ng kompiyuterisadong lahok na may format na Arial 12 pt, double spaced, at 1-pulgadang margin sa bawat gilid. Gamitin ang short bond paper (8.5 x 11 pulgada).
  2. Notaryo na nagpapatunay ng orihinalidad ng lahok.
  3. Entri form (Pormularyo ng Paglahok) – I-download dito.
  4. Curriculum vitae o bionote ng makata.
  5. Isang (1) 2x2 retrato ng kalahok.

  • Isang (1) 2x2 retrato ng kalahok sa jpeg format.

Deadline ng Pagsusumite:

Ang deadline para sa pagsusumite ng mga lahok ay PEBRERO 7, 2025, hanggang alas-5 ng hapon. Kung magsusumite ka sa pamamagitan ng koreo sa huling araw, mangyaring mag-email ng pruweba ng pagpapadala sa timpalak.gawad@kwf.gov.ph.

Mga Gantimpala:

  • Unang Gantimpala: PHP 30,000 (net) + Titulong "Makata ng Taón 2025", tropeo, at medalya.
  • Ikalawang Gantimpala: PHP 20,000 (net) at plake.
  • Ikatlong Gantimpala: PHP 15,000 (net) at plake.

Paalala: Ang desisyon ng Lupon ng Inampalan ay pinal at hindi na mababago. Ang mga akdang magwawagi ay magiging ari ng KWF at may unang opsiyon sa paglilimbag.
