Born and raised in Porac, Pampanga, Lady Anne Duya hails from the Mag-Indi or Mag-Antsi tribe. She grew up in a family of farmers with six siblings. Despite the challenges and limited access to education, Lady Anne’s determination and hard work led her to pursue her dreams.
She was among the scholars of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Pampanga and her provincial government. She graduated from Central Luzon College of Science and Technology in July 2023.
