How to Apply for a Voter's Certification in the Philippines

Step 1: Set an Appointment for Voter's Certification

The first step in the process is to set an appointment for your voter certification. To do this, visit the official COMELEC-NCFD Facebook Page via this link: bit.ly/NCFDFBPage. Here, you can easily book your appointment online and choose a date and time that suits you.

Step 2: Complete the Online Voter Certification Request Form

Once your appointment is set, you need to fill out the Voter Certification Request Form online. Go to bit.ly/OnlineVoterCertificationApplication and provide your personal details. After completing the form, click “Submit.” The form will automatically be forwarded to COMELEC for processing.

Step 3: Receive Appointment Confirmation Slip

After submission, you’ll receive an Appointment Confirmation Slip via email from COMELEC. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation. Print the appointment slip as you’ll need it on the day of your appointment at the COMELEC-NCFD satellite office.
