Eligibility Requirements

Before applying for a Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, make sure that you meet the following conditions:

  1. Active Membership: You need at least 24 months of Pag-IBIG savings.

📄 Step 3: Receive Your Notice of Approval (NOA) and Letter of Guaranty (LOG)

If your application is complete and meets all the requirements, Pag-IBIG will issue your Notice of Approval (NOA) and Letter of Guaranty (LOG). You’ll be notified where to claim these documents.


📚 Step 4: Complete the Requirements Stated in Your NOA

Once you receive your NOA, you’ll have 90 calendar days to complete the requirements, including:

  • Transfer of Title
  • Annotation of Mortgage
