National Profiling Study by EDCOM 2 and RITQ Calls for Participation from TEIs

In a significant move to uplift the quality of education in the Philippines, the Education Commission 2 (EDCOM 2) in collaboration with the Research Institute for Teacher Quality (RITQ) has launched a national profiling study. The study is aimed at Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) and their educators across the country.


The study is part of an ongoing effort to understand and improve the state of teacher education in the Philippines. It seeks to gather valuable insights and data from TEIs and teacher educators, which will be used to inform policy decisions and strategic planning in the education sector.

The organizers of the study have assured that any information shared by the participants will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The data collected will solely be used for the purpose of this study, ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information provided by the participants.

The collaboration between EDCOM 2 and RITQ signifies a commitment to enhancing the quality of teacher education in the country.
