This annual program recognizes government officials and employees who demonstrate exceptional dedication to public service. By honoring these individuals, the CSC hopes to inspire others to improve their performance and commitment to serving the country.

"Let's honor outstanding public servants who tirelessly work for the welfare of others," said CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles.

Most government workers are eligible, including career, non-career, and even appointive barangay officials. There are three categories for nominations:

  • Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award: For outstanding achievements with national impact.
  • Dangal ng Bayan Award: For consistent display of exemplary behavior.
  • CSC Pagasa Award: For contributions that benefit a specific area or group.

The CSC also accepts nominations for public servants who died in the line of duty.

Winners receive various incentives, including cash prizes, potential promotions, and educational opportunities.
