School Calendar Breakdown Total Number of School Days: 277 days Number of Christmas Vacation Days: 18 days (December 16, 2023 to January 2, 2024) Number of Long Vacation Days: 58 days (June 1 to July 28, 2024) Total Number of Vacation Days: 76 days (Christmas vacation days + Long vacation days) Actual Number of School Days (excluding Christmas break): 259 days (Total Number of School Days - Christmas Vacation Days) Important Note Source: DepEd Memorandum No. 026, s. 2024 The factor of 0.224 (58 days divided by 259 days) should be used to compute the PVP of teachers with absences during the school year.
