In preparation for the phased rollout of the Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum, the Department of Education (DepEd) has launched a vital initiative for selected educators nationwide. The National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP), together with the Curriculum and Teaching (CT) Strand, is spearheading face-to-face and online training programs for teachers handling both Core Subjects and Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TechVoc) specializations.
🔍 What is the Strengthened SHS Curriculum?
The Strengthened SHS Curriculum is a restructured program aimed at enhancing the quality of instruction in Grades 11 and 12 by updating content, aligning with current industry standards, and deepening academic rigor. This move supports DepEd’s thrust towards a future-ready education system.
