1. How to Create a Taxpayer User Account

  1. Visit https://www.eonett.bir.gov.ph.

  2. Click "Sign Up" on the login screen.

  3. Fill in your valid email address and create a secure password (min. 12 characters, including a special character, a number, lowercase, and uppercase letter).
